Service Conditions WIFI Network: Right to Information

The users of the free WIFI service that Perfumería Júlia S.A. provides in their Perfumeries, force to make a responsible use of the same under the principles of the good faith, respect to the current legality, the morals, the public order, the good habits and the rights of mediators or that in anyway could damage, render, overload, deteriorate or stop the normal use of the Service, the IT equipments of other users, as documents, files or contents stored in their equipments. It is forbidden the use of Internet with illegal or non-authorized purposes and in specific, a merely illustrative title and with a non-exhaustive character:

Any form of violation of the rights of third parties, the use of file sharing networks (P2P), the intervention (including the introduction of viruses or similar) that provoke or could cause damages, alterations and/or unauthorized overloads in the services and/or third-parties equipments. Modify or taking part by fraudulent means pages of third parties by means of hacking techniques, the interception of any mean of communication or telecommunication, sending messages using a fake identity and/or cover up in any way the origin of the message, sending unsolicited electronic communications expressly by their addressees or not previously and expressly authorized by them, send electronic communications with massive and/or repetitive character (spam), publish, spread, send, anounce or distribute, directly any material, subject or information with illegal content, obscenes, pornografic, violent, abusive, defamatory, xenophobic, degrading, dishonest, that induce or make apology of dangerous practices, violent, of risk or harmful for health, are protected by intellectual property rights and/or third parties industry or vulnerate the rights of personal privacy and familiar and/or the right to self-image, without the user having previously obtained, written and legitimate authorization from the owner. 

The user compromises to use such information exclusively for personal use, and to not realize direct or indirectly a comercial explotation of the Service ofered to which he has access, or the results obtained thanks to the utilization of the Service. In case of unfulfillment Perfumería Júlia S.A. may suspend or cancel in immediate way the access to this service. The Client will be the only and exclusive responsible of the damages that could cause as a consequence of the unfulfillment of the present "General Conditions of Service" or the current legilsation in the subject, both the provider entity and third parties, responding to any judicial or extrajudicial claim that may arise. The entity reserves the faculty of cancel or take off, in any moment and without prior notice, a own initiative or a requirement of a third party, the benefit of the Service. By virtue of the Organic Law 15/2003, of December 18th, of Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that your personal information will be collected in the files owned by Perfumeria Júlia S.A. with with address on Av. Carlemany 115, AD700 Escaldes-Engordany (Principat d'Andorra) for the adequate provision of the Free Access service to the WIFI Network of the Júlia Perfumeries.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition heading by written and accompanied by a copy of your ID and reference: APPLICATION OF ARCO RIGHTS to Av. Carlemany 115, AD700 Escaldes-Engordany (Principat d'Andorra).
